All Golden Cove orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during launches or high-volume periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Golden Cove is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Please note:

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
